Refund policy

Due to the handmade nature of our items, Twin Threads does not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as sizing, preference, or change of mind.

Returns are only accepted if there is a defect or issue with the item. If there is a problem, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Approved returns will be resolved with either an exchange for a replacement item or shop credit. Refunds are not offered. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to qualify.
